1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Unforeseen logistical disruptions
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping offers, if available, are subject to minimum order value.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Estimated delivery date
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may fail.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is:
- Not accepted
- Not reachable
- Refused
The parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges will apply.
- Refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
If your package appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept delivery.
- Take clear photos immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours at support@oneritual.in or WhatsApp 8800597016.
We may request:
- Order ID
- Images of the package
- Unboxing video (if available)
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic disruptions
- Courier network issues
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving issues wherever possible.

Currently, we ship within India only.
