Refund policy

At One Ritual, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Because our product is consumable and intended for daily health use, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our product, returns are only accepted under the following condition:

  • The product box must be completely unopened
  • The outer seal must be intact and untampered
  • The inner product seal must remain fully sealed
  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

If the product has been opened, used, or unsealed in any way, it is not eligible for return or refund.

This policy ensures safety, hygiene, and quality integrity for all customers.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The box has been opened
  • The seal is broken
  • The product shows signs of use
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product was purchased under a promotional or clearance offer (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking container
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back to us in its original sealed condition.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
